I purchased my Ford F-150 there 10 years ago and they've been servicing my car as well as my wife's Ford ever since. And now they are servicing my sons new to him Cadillac. Just like anything, there can be a hiccup or 2 but it's never been a situation that couldn't get resolved through communication. Otherwise it's truly been excellent. I've dealt with the same service adviser, Sean Williams, pretty much since day one. He has been truly excellent in his service to myself and my family. I feel that he and his staff have at many times gone above and beyond to provide 5 star service and its extremely appreciated.
