Our experience with ricart was above and beyond great expectations for a dealership. We traveled from Mansfield on Saturday not being able to get there until after 6:00p.m. and was able to meet our needs expectations for a dealership. I did a lot of research over the internet at first. I realize every dealer can't possibly stock every single combination of every car or truck, but these folks came pretty darn close. A lot of dealers on the web used a software program to build a car, but then they didn't have it in stock, or I would have to wait for months to get what I wanted. Ricart Ford had one very close to what I wanted. It had about $350 more in options, but it was available. I sent in an email; they returned with a selection to choose from. They honored their price with a $1000 price guarantee. I am happy. It took about three hours to get my car. I guess that's not too bad considering all of the paperwork and getting the car clean. Thanks to Andy "the Hawk" and Chad. You guys did great. I will send all of my friends and family to you. More
Our experience was quite bothersome! I took my sister in law in only to have her asked inappropriate questions by the salesman"Bear" when I was out of earshot. "Bear" was not comfortable for us from the mom law in only to have her asked inappropriate questions by the salesman"Bear" when I was out of earshot. "Bear" was not comfortable for us from the moment we walked in the door. He wouldn't offer vehicle suggestions and was not eager when we would enquire. to top it off, when we decided we had enough, I politely asked for a card and he said,"I do, but you have to come in to get one." Wow, great effort! I have bought cars there in the past, and been pleased. This guy was a creep. More
we traveled 200 plus miles to buy a truck advertised on tv for 9995 WITH CASH IN HAND, to find out they used bait and switch to lure us in NO SUCH VEHICLE EXISTED, if we wanted to buy with cash , tv for 9995 WITH CASH IN HAND, to find out they used bait and switch to lure us in NO SUCH VEHICLE EXISTED, if we wanted to buy with cash , they wanted to xxxx us for an additional 1000 dollars how about that for service and appreciation, they were ready to screw us before they had the money if thats not enough you need to see what happens after they get you your money and you out the door. like phoney warrantees ricart complaints fill google, now you know how they built the "mega mall" with customer "appreciation" and deception More
