NEVER AGAIN! I thought I bought a truck over the phone. The "manager" told me they would discount the $53,000. truck $7500 and furnish 0% financing. I phoned 6 times on my two and a half hour drive to the dealer, no one was ever available. When I arrived there was one other couple in the showroom. every employee except the 3 true managers (who sit on a raised platform and scowl at you) were either playing on ther cell phones,playing pool, watching football or eating popcorn. My product specialist (nice kid, but didn't know squat) started the paper work. I was introduced to his "manager". I attempted to verify our deal,he blew me off and told me to continue with the paper work. After my credit was approved (or dinged) I was told the best they could do was $3500 off. After expressing my dissapointment they offered another $1000. Wow 3 THOUSAND short of my phone deal. Told them to pound salt and will never go back. Bought a $62,000. Chevy for $53,000. at 0%. Other thoughts, the test track is a joke, you cannot respond to their E-mails and their form E-mails never stop. More
