I went back the following day to deal with Shane and I was just as pleased with the service he gave me that he gave my Mom. Shane is very friendly and has a wonderful attitude. We first made an inquiry on the Ford website about a new truck and very soon afterwards A salesman from Ricart Ford contacted us and we made an apointment to visit. When we arrived our salesman (Shane Gillespie) greeted us at the door with a hand shake and a positive attitude. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us what was available on the lot. Soon after we picked a 2011 F150 pickup as the vehicle we wanted. Shane then guided us through the sales process and was able to address any questions or concerns that we had. Before we knew it we were finished and on our way. I am very satisfied with my new F150 and also with the sales experience at Ricart Ford. More

I came to RIcart for their selection. Very few dealers had several new explorers on their lots. Zane Web was my salesperson and very educated about the products he was selling. However, when the sales manager Andrew Hawksby was introduced to complete the sale everything went downhill. I was pressured to buy the car that day when I didn't have my financing lined up. I should have came back when everything was lined up. Mr. Hawksby lied to my wife and I and stated that he would "finance" us with ford motor credit and if we paid it off in the first month we would not be charged interest. We got the first statement and were charged $160 of interest. I called him, and he said he would refund the money. After 2 weeks of not receiving the refund I called him back. He said it would be sent overnight that day... I waited another week and called him back. After this conversation I received a personal check from Mr. Hawksby. I felt this was slightly off and even more off when I received a letter from my bank stating the the check was NSF. The money was removed from my account and I was charged a fee for depositing his bad check. I called back to speak to his manager. Andy Hawksby's manger then said he would take care of this and mail me a Ricart check. I thought I was done with this game until I received a voice mail on my cell phone that Mr. Hawksby would meet me in the parking lot where I work with cash. I immediately called his manager back stating this practice is not professional and I would not meet his employee in a parking lot to exchange cash. The manager supposedly spoke to Mr. Hawksby and sent me a check for the original amount and covered my NSF fee caused by the bad check. I will never step foot in the Ricart Mega Mall again. Very unprofessional. More
My saleperson was David Richter. Very friendly, personable and knew his product. We test drove the Escape I was interested in. Very impressed with all the new technology. NEVER AGAIN! I thought I bought a truck over the phone. The "manager" told me they would discount the $53,000. truck $7500 and furnish 0% financing. I phoned 6 times on my two and a half hour drive to the dealer, no one was ever available. When I arrived there was one other couple in the showroom. every employee except the 3 true managers (who sit on a raised platform and scowl at you) were either playing on ther cell phones,playing pool, watching football or eating popcorn. My product specialist (nice kid, but didn't know squat) started the paper work. I was introduced to his "manager". I attempted to verify our deal,he blew me off and told me to continue with the paper work. After my credit was approved (or dinged) I was told the best they could do was $3500 off. After expressing my dissapointment they offered another $1000. Wow 3 THOUSAND short of my phone deal. Told them to pound salt and will never go back. Bought a $62,000. Chevy for $53,000. at 0%. Other thoughts, the test track is a joke, you cannot respond to their E-mails and their form E-mails never stop. More
