It had been almost 2 months from the purchase of my new F150 and I was simply returning for an oil change and tire rotation. To my surprise Randall walked into the service department to check on everything F150 and I was simply returning for an oil change and tire rotation. Randall was simply following up to make sure I was not having any issues with my new truck. About a year and a half ago I bought a 2011 Ford Fusion from Chad. He was an amazing dealer, very friendly, not pushy at all, and I felt like we could trust him. Chad was great about showing us all of our Ford options, including vehicles that we had never even considered. But we stuck with another Fusion, 2012 model. I would recommend Chad to everyone and anyone. Also, Jason was a breeze to work with. Sometimes the negotiation process seems like it can drag on forever and be intimidating.
