Went down to Ricart Ford on a Sunday to look at a Ford Focus and see what the model had to offer. It had been almost 2 months from the purchase of my new F150 and I was simply returning for an oil change and tire rotation. To my surprise Randall walked into the service department to check on everything F150 and I was simply returning for an oil change and tire rotation. To my surprise Randall walked into the service department to check on everything because he saw the truck "drive into the service area". Randall was simply following up to make sure I was not having any issues with my new truck.
