Brake pads and rotors needed replaced I brought my GMC Terrain in for a brake job. When they were done ,the test drive proved that at least one rotor was out of round.It was Saturday after I brought my GMC Terrain in for a brake job. When they were done ,the test drive proved that at least one rotor was out of round.It was Saturday afternoon and the service department did not have access to more replacements, so they sent a shuttle to get me and put me in a loaner car for the weekend. By Monday all was fixed. Though it was surprising that a dealer wouldn't have extra parts , Marty handled it very well so that I had transportation for the weekend. More
