Not recommended I made a 9am apt. for oil change, tire rotation, and take a look at display console/navigation system, it had been blank 5 or 6 times after start up. I dropped my vehicle off the prior night so they could get to it ASAP for them. They called said they couldn't get navigation display to act up. I said fine, it was noted. I said I needed the vehicle, I couldn't wait longer for it to act up and I would bring it by when acting up again, they said they would be sure to have the vehicle ready for me. I went to pick it up, after they had it for over 24 hours later, the oil change light was still on the anti-theft lug nut adapter was not disturbed, and associate there couldn't even tell me for sure what had been done. A total disregard of my time and coordination to get it there. I called and left a message the next day to have my rep to call and let me know if the oil change and tire rotation happened. I never received a call. More

Service was timely and excellent.
