Service department :( DISAPPOINTMENT AGAIN! The service department needs to work on good customer service. Starting with greeting .I brought my car in due to it not starting, I have had 4 batter The service department needs to work on good customer service. Starting with greeting .I brought my car in due to it not starting, I have had 4 batteries replaced in one year. I picked my car up this time, with low air in my tire, I was shocked that no one could of put in in my tire, due to the fact is was in the service department. I always leave upset. So much so I am trading my Casscada in and will be happy this Dec. when my lease is up on the Enclave. Your folks in the service department need help with courtesy and helping the customer. More
