When I turned in my car, Lisa went through my paperwork and sent two notices home with me because they also extended my warranty. Lisa said it would take two days and everything was done including repair of the reservoir for windshield fluid ... at a very reasonable price! I was not expecting it, but when I got in my vehicle, I learned that Lisa had also done my vehicle report card. Between outstanding service and time spent answering questions, I truly feel like a valued customer ... a customer who will continue using Reynolds's service long after the warranty expires. More
