They didn't fix a problem that I told them about. I would not recommend this dealership, because I told them that when I took off sometimes the engine would hesitate and then lurch forward.. From the salesman Lance Woolf, to the appraiser Terry Hermance, to Norris Evans, Customer Relations Mgr., to Stephen Vanzant, Dustin Rowden, service advisor. They all far exceeded my expectations and I am a perfectionist. I felt like I got the perfect vehicle with no haggling. As a matter of fact, I could not refuse their offer for trade in and the total price. This was my first experience with Reynolds. If they deal with everyone like they did me they are Top Notch! I drove away with my Lincoln the same day I went in. More
