Service after the sale?? Service Rep was very courteous. Although when I was sold a CPO and told that I wouldn't have to worry for a year management didn't hold to the promise Service Rep was very courteous. I've had car 5 months and first thing that comes up they won't help or even call me back. I asked for someone to call and my service rep told me that a manager won't call or honor what I was told. Sad. Currently looking at buying another car... But not here, lesson learned. More

Phenomenal Determination and Perseverance Great buying experience...We called ahead and Matt Jones had trucks ready for us to view with the preferences we selected. He was very informative, kind, and honest. We appreciated his non-pressure sales approach. Then we went to finance... the part I always dread. We were given a "decent" finance rate we agreed upon, but David Oakes knew we weren't satisfied with it. Apparently, he wasn't satisfied either because he called us days later (after original paperwork had already been signed) and shared how he found phenomenal APR and saved us thousands $$$! We returned late one evening to sign new paperwork, stayed later than business hours, and Jerry Stanley made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Reynolds Ford truly cares about the customer.... they persevere and don't give up.... stellar experience! More
