They are booked out several weeks, and after I finally go in for my appointment to fix my recall, they tell me they have to order the part (another 10 days). I told them exactly what it was coming in for! The representative treated me awful, and the managers act like they couldn't care less. They just changed hands, you would think they would try to impress. Seriously worth the longer lead time anywhere else--do yourself a favor and preserve your dignity. I need a shower after dealing with them. More
