Great Experience During the Selling Process, BUT We purchased a new 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited, in January of this year. Although the sales experience was pleasurable the subsequent experience was well below par. A cargo net was to be included with the sale. After a few reminder calls to the sales rep, we finally got the net. However, it was the wrong net for our vehicle. A couple of unanswered messages to the sales rep, and we still have the wrong net. We ended up purchasing a net elsewhere. The temporary vehicle tag expires in 4 days; so I called the rep and left 2 messages about our plates. No response, again, so I called the sales manager. He found the plates in the service department, which were misfiled. It's fortunate the sales manager, Kenny, is on the ball. We'll most likely find another dealership for routine maintenance and warranty work. It's unfortunate, as we were hoping the rest of our experience with the dealership would be as pleasant, and professional, as the sales experience. More
The three hour drive was a waste of time! I drove three hours today from Wenatchee to see a vehicle and I tried to purchase it with a very fair offer, but obviously, their sales manager on dut I drove three hours today from Wenatchee to see a vehicle and I tried to purchase it with a very fair offer, but obviously, their sales manager on duty today only was willing to agree to what was good for the dealership and not fair for me. I get it that they need to make money, and I think they should, but I agreed to their listed asking price IF they would give me the appropriate trade value from the KBB. The sales manager low balled be on my one owner, low milage mint condition 2015 Nissan Murano Platinum w/tech package and hence we couldn't shake hands on a deal. I only wanted what was fair for both of us. What I offered after much back and forth, of quite frankly being totally one sided on their behalf, was very fair, it would have given them their asking price and given me KBB trade allowance. I am kind of appalled in the way their sales manager on duty treated me today. The salesman, Greg was very pleasant, but I came away not feeling so good for making the three hour drive! More

I Can't Abide A Liar Beware, this dealership thinks it's okay to lie. Here's what happened: One Saturday afternoon, I was watching college football with my kids and decided to contact a couple of dealerships to see if I could get a good deal on a new minivan. I've been in the market for a new car for a while, so it wasn't a totally crazy idea. I worked out some numbers, and wrote down an offer and sent it to a couple of local dealerships. Another dealership emailed me back that they couldn't get close to my offer (which is a fair and honest answer), but Brittany from Chrysler of Renton emailed me the following: "I showed your email to my Sales Manager and he said we can most likely get you to where you want to be if not all the way we are very close and to go ahead and invite you in. Your presence is going to be my leverage to get you at your desired price/ lease point. Price is the easiest part of my job, only the Sales Managers are able to move pricing and I act as your advocate and fight on your behalf. I wouldn't invite you in unless I believe we could get you there." Great, that sounds like we're close to deal. I made an appointment to meet with Brittany the following day. I get to the dealership, and I get paired up with another salesperson (no Brittany). I immediately ask him if he has the numbers that Brittany and I had discussed, and he assured me he did. He insisted we go test drive, though it took 30 minutes to find a vehicle that matched what I was looking for that wasn't being serviced or didn't have a flat (these are new cars, right?). I play along, though I continue to inquire about the status of the deal that I was working on with Brittany. After 3 hours of "sales magic" I finally get to talk numbers. The sales manager / finance guy comes over and tells me that he can't get anywhere close to my numbers. I show him the email and ask him to talk to Brittany. He says he has no idea what Brittany was talking about and that Brittany never showed my numbers to anyone, further he tells me that Brittany isn't a salesperson. This is where I stopped being pleasant and started getting upset. I asked if he was going to have a talk with his employee about deceptive sales practices. He said no. Hmm, so I asked: "Is it acceptable for your employees to lie to customers?". Before he could answer, I said: "Answer carefully, since I plan on quoting you in my review". At that, he got up and walked into the back without uttering a word. I sat at the desk a few minutes more while my kid finished watching his cartoon on my phone. No one came back over, so we eventually showed ourselves out. I've probably purchased ten new cars over the years, and this is the first time I've encountered a dealership that has told me an outright lie -- and apparently been cool with it. I know that the've taken no action against the employee, since she left me a voicemail today to see if I'm still in the market. The answer to her question is: Yes, but I will never do business with your dealership and I'd advise anyone else to avoid you. More

My under warranty Jeep became disabled due to needing a software update on Friday afternoon & CDJR was the closest dealer. This is a very simple issue that my 2016 has had twice now - needs a software update. I called on Friday to explain that I think it needs a software update & to confirm availability. They said yes, they had availability & scheduled me a Monday morning appointment. I towed it in over the weekend then called Monday afternoon as I hadn't heard anything. The tech responded "We're too busy to see you" and when I said "I had an appointment for this morning" cut me off. I asked when they will have time and the tech sighed and very rudely said "well, I don't know if I can even get it in"! I call again Tuesday and tech said Ill look at it tomorrow & give you an update after I look at it. NO CALLS FOR 3 DAYS, I had to call and inquire about status every day for 3 days. When it was finally done, 3 DAYS after I had the appointment scheduled & out of a vehicle, I never received any calls or updates - I found out that it was finished by calling them. The tech lied and said she called me and left me a voicemail, but I had no missed calls or voicemails. I verified that they had the right phone #. I asked to speak with the manager when I picked it up & the manager said he would call me back but he didnt call me back either. I called to verify availability to minimize my time without a vehicle, I wish that they had just said no we are booked up for days & I would have towed it to a different dealer. After this, they texted me to say "please take a customer satisfaction survey" but never sent the survey. So they clearly don't care about their customer service. So, beware - for me CDJR didn't honor my appointment, made me be without a vehicle for DAYS while not giving me any updates & being rude to me when I called asking for updates. Will never go here again. More
