This was the most awful car buying experience I've ever had. At first, it was ok, tho they asked for my car key in the beginning so the "manager" could have a look at my trade in vehicle. I picked a car to had. At first, it was ok, tho they asked for my car key in the beginning so the "manager" could have a look at my trade in vehicle. I picked a car to test drive an the sales guy was very informative about everything and told me a good route to go for test driving as I wasn't super familiar with the area. However, when we got down to financing, things got weird. I asked about the price of the car and he wouldn't give me a straight answer, saying he'd show me with the offer. The offer they gave me was not what I wanted, so he came back with another offer. Still not what I was looking for, I said I wanted to leave and think about it and talk it over with my partner. He told me I should just call him and I said I'd rather just leave. He left to go see if he could make the offer better and at this point I realized they still had my car key. He came back with ANOTHER offer I didn't like and I asked to leave again. No dice. This happened TWO MORE TIMES (like I was practically begging to leave at this point) before he brought some other guy over who handed me my key and accused me of having sticker shock and being hangry (he was being so condescending and misogynistic it was like 1954 in there). It was awful and shady and I felt like I was being held hostage. Plus, I saw MANY employees with masks off or below their nose, no hand sanitizer in sight. I will NEVER step foot in this place again, let alone buy a car from them and I encourage you (especially if you're female) to steer clear. More

After doing a pore job resembling dash for airbag recall, I wa lied to about what they had to take apart to do the job, HVAC controls were left unplugged. Theses guys wouldn't even say they will fix it if it I wa lied to about what they had to take apart to do the job, HVAC controls were left unplugged. Theses guys wouldn't even say they will fix it if it is something they did! Instead they went straight into denying it. After over 20 years working in body shops I have some knowledge in airbag replacement, Also have access to the guide for what's involved to replace and the time that you get to do the work. So When I say he Lied about taking apart my dash I can prove that there is more involved than just removing the glove box to replace the airbag. Leaving HVAC controls left unplugged was easy for me to fix but I shouldn't have had to do so, My defroster worked on my way there, not on my way home, It did not get unplugged all by itself either. They are denying having to take that part of dash off!!!! LIAR LIAR, They also scratched some custom painted dash parts and told me they were old damage, but it was fresh paint. How does that work? There was some thing supper shady going on and I decided to take it home and fix there pore work myself!!!!!!! They wont take responsibility for any thing that they do! More
