I was very disappointed with the service department. I made an appointment at CDJR of Renton for the 23rd at 11am. The plan was to check my brakes, oil change, and check out the side mirrors because they made an appointment at CDJR of Renton for the 23rd at 11am. The plan was to check my brakes, oil change, and check out the side mirrors because they occasionally stick. My truck was at the dealership from 11am to about 4:15 pm and the only thing completed was the oil change! They told me that I would need to leave lt and pick it up the next day. This was unacceptable to me and I returned to pick up my truck the same day. The phone system for the business was not working properly and I had to make several calls back because my call was dropped several times. I informed this to a staff member when I finally had a chance to speak with someone but they seemed apathetic at best! What a lack of professionalism. I don’t recommend this dealership. Very unorganized! More
