I am Surprised & Disappointed to discover the manufacturing Defect & Discoloration on my New $50,000 Jeep was handled so Poorly by their Service Department, by not "scheduling" an appointment to manufacturing Defect & Discoloration on my New $50,000 Jeep was handled so Poorly by their Service Department, by not "scheduling" an appointment to ACTUALLY see it in person & Only using pictures that I had taken to submit to Chrysler, as a claim, which they DENIED then, they "blew me off" with a phone number that I could call, which is a Complete Waste of Time, after it was, already, Mishandled & left me with the SAME problem & NO documentation !!! More

Very much appreciated the dealership and Kimberly having the car I wanted to look at ready when I arrived for my appointment. Absolutely horrible customer service and no quality standards at this dealership. Your time and money are better spent at one of the other CDJR dealerships in the area. My experience was with the servi standards at this dealership. Your time and money are better spent at one of the other CDJR dealerships in the area. My experience was with the service department--there is no accountibility within the service dept. It's a crapshoot on whether or not they'll actually do the service and it seems the techs here take shortcuts. Do not expect management to 'make it right', it seems they're the ones responsible for this low quality work culture at the dealership. More
