Avoid this dealership! I recently purchased a new Ram 1500 from Renton CDJR. Once I got home I noticed several defects in the paint and tires. After a month of back and I recently purchased a new Ram 1500 from Renton CDJR. Once I got home I noticed several defects in the paint and tires. After a month of back and forth with the sales manger, an estimate from an auto body shop, and inspections by another Ram dealership to verify the damage ultimately resulted in “Well, you didn’t notice it at the time of purchase so it’s not our responsibility.” I admit, I should have gone over the truck with a microscope. Generally when I buy a brand new vehicle I expect it to be undamaged, call me crazy. I spent over $80,000 and literally never RECEIVED a single phone call from any manger, let alone any solutions from CDJR, despite leaving multiple voicemails asking for a return call. At CDJR of Renton you will pay a premium price, you may not receive a premium product, and certainly will not receive premium support for your purchase. There a many dealerships in the Seattle metro area and great options for online purchasing. Do yourself a favor and do business elsewhere. More

Or they have an attractive waiting area for customers with wifi. Some other dealers wash your car too but this one does not. More

The Service Department will rip you off. I called Renton Jeep Ram Dodge Chrysler Fiat and asked if they would give me the Immobilizer pin code for my 2019 Ram 1500 so that the locksmith c I called Renton Jeep Ram Dodge Chrysler Fiat and asked if they would give me the Immobilizer pin code for my 2019 Ram 1500 so that the locksmith could program a key fob for me. I was told that I would need to schedule a vehicle diagnostic at a cost of $225.00. I then called Bud Clary Auburn Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and was told that if I brought in picture I.D. and proof of ownership they would print me out my vehicle's Immobilizer PIN at NO CHARGE. I will be purchasing all of my parts and service work from Bud Clary Ram in Auburn. I will never, for any reason, step foot on the lot of Renton Jeep Ram Dodge Chrysler Fiat. They are a bunch of crooks. More
