I contacted Reliable Imports to set a test drive appointment and realized, at that time, they were a superior dealership by their contact and interest. I arrived late for my appointment, but Jared, my contact was ready. He introduced me to Justin, my sales rep to give me a test drive and answer any questions I had. Justin and Jared worked very hard to find the vehicle I wanted and to put together a sale. While they were having the car detailed for my departure, my granddaughter and I looked at used cars for her. Justin again worked with me, and before long I had purchased another car. He was great to work with, he made the process easy and hassle free, and was patient considering it was about a month between my initial drive and me finally deciding to buy. Travis was very attentive and listened to what I wanted. He was also easy going and not pushy at all. He asked me what I was looking for and when I told him I couldn't find it on the lot, he was quick to see what he could do. After test driving the car, I decided I wanted to make the purchase. Travis was very helpful and patient throughout the process and answered all my questions. I have owned my new car for a month and there have been times I've had to call to ask questions or stop in to get the ZAKtek, and the whole staff has been extremely helpful and wonderful to interact with.
