I worked for a dealership for many years I took my car in for the noise it was making they put a part on saying that's what it was but it still made the noise they couldn't figure it out but still charge me for the noise it was making they put a part on saying that's what it was but it still made the noise they couldn't figure it out but still charge me for the parts that didn't fix the problem over $700 later one other thing any car that came into the dealership that I worked at we always washed it I thought that they would at least run it through the car wash I guess things have changed LOL More

I had a Nissan OEM charging pad installed in my newly purchased 2023 Nissan Froniter. After two failed attempts to install it, I received my money back for the part but was stuck with a $320 install bill purchased 2023 Nissan Froniter. Lodged a complaint with Nissan Motor Corp and they indicated it is the dealership to resolve. Can’t even get a phone call back from the dealership GM.
