Overall the service was excellent. My only issue was the fluids were not topped off, along with a courtesy car wash was not done. Went in for an oil change and spoke with Briana Salazar who was friendly, caring and knowledgeable. She not only treated me like an important customer but treated me as a friend although I’d never met her who was friendly, caring and knowledgeable. The service is usually good, but it always seems that they are understaffed. Haven't been offered a car wash last three times I've been in. Nissan recall brought us in.
