They are always friendly, but when it comes to fixing my car i’m always having issues. They have tried to charge me for “new parts” when those parts aren’t even needed to fix my car. I have taken my vehicle to be serviced as I have the maintenance contract. My forward driving collision light comes on every day and I have asked repeatedly to get it fixed as it should be covered unde maintenance contract. My forward driving collision light comes on every day and I have asked repeatedly to get it fixed as it should be covered under warranty. Also all lights have come on as the dash states system failure. I believe I purchased a lemon 3 years ago on in December of 2021 and the dealer and the service department have done nothing to correct the problem. More
