I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at Reliable Nissan. I paid to have my A/C recharged because I was told that was the problem. After paying, I was assured my vehicle was fixed and rea at Reliable Nissan. I paid to have my A/C recharged because I was told that was the problem. After paying, I was assured my vehicle was fixed and ready to go. The very next day, my A/C was blowing hot air again, so I had to take my car back. This time, I was told my A/C condenser was broken. That makes absolutely no sense because the technician had previously told me nothing was broken. Either my vehicle was never properly diagnosed, or I was given completely inaccurate information. I was later informed that the technician who worked on my car was no longer employed there. If the dealership acknowledges there was a serious enough issue with the technician's work, why am I still being held responsible for paying for an incorrect diagnosis? I have requested a full refund multiple times, and no one will give me a straight answer. Every time I ask about the refund, I'm told that it's "being worked on." Days have turned into weeks, and I still haven't received my money or even a clear explanation of when or if I will be refunded. It's incredibly frustrating to have my hard-earned money tied up while the dealership continues to avoid giving me an answer. To make matters worse, they continue to say I have to pay for the diagnosis. Why should I have to pay for a diagnosis that was clearly wrong? I paid for professional service, trusted their expertise, and left with the exact same problem I came in with. This entire experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I have wasted my time, my money, and countless hours trying to get someone to take responsibility. The lack of communication, accountability, and customer service has been unbelievable. I will never return to Reliable Nissan, and I strongly encourage others to be cautious before trusting them with their vehicle. More

On Sept, 14,2025, I purchased a 2023 rogue from Reliable Nissan. We e-signed most of contract . Finance manager Jesse Flores offered a platinum warranty coverage, we declined. Then Jesse reduced the interest to entice us to buy platinum warranty for 4200$ . We declined. He reduced the platinum warranty to 3200$. We accepted. After some time I looked in my contract and discovered my platinum warranty contract was not in my contract copies. So I obtained a copy of my contract from reliable Nissan and found that Jesse Flores had forged an e-signature on Sept, 15, 2025, a day after we were at dealership for a lesser gold warranty. Reliable Nissan condones such practices because management is aware of Jesse’s actions and he has been promoted. More
