I was driving by on a Saturday on the way to look at vehicle for my wife at a different dealer ship. I was not in the market for an new vehicle for myself. I noticed a new Nissan Titan on the lot so we went in to look at it and met Dan Sheilds, He was very professional and personable so we took the new truck out for a spin. I have owned a Nissan Titan since 2004 and have nothing but great things to say about the vehicle, we were able to put together a deal for the new truck which worked for us and the dealer so I am proudly driving my new Titan today, the sales experience was great which is usually not the case at most dealerships, these folks are very professional and genuine as well as they have one of the best product lines on the market. Malick has worked with us for almost a year now. We were first interested in a new car, but didnt know what we liked. Jared introduced me to Chris upon my arrival at the dealership and after the introductions Jared and I went for a test drive in the truck I ultimately purchased. After the test drive and discussing some terms Jared introduced me to Michael in the finance department to work on the terms. Both Michael and Paul the finance manager worked very hard to get me financing that was both fair and affordable. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and the experience I had at this dealership is the best ever. It's not every day you get the Red Carpet treatment when you by a new car. Dan is not only a great asset to his customers but to Reliable Nissan. Our Customer Service experience with Leila was a refreshing change from the norm. Her approach and commitment of exceptional quality customer service was above and beyond. She even set us up for our first Oil Change and encouraged us to attend the Customer Appreciation dinner. John in finance was friendly and thoroughly knowledgeable of the warranty options available. He explained all the options and made suggestions, and we signed the paper work and were off in our new vehicle. We went to purchase a used vehicle they had, I wanted. My friend was co signing for me so they pulled my friends credit before they came back to tell us that they sold the vehicle I was there to get.No good friend was co signing for me so they pulled my friends credit before they came back to tell us that they sold the vehicle I was there to get.No good communication there. So we looked at other vehicles any way. Did find something else so we proceeded to the paper work We got through the paper work wich took us 5 1/2 hrs. We got out at 10:30 pm on a friday night. Every one was nice at that point cause they said that it was a done deal and the vehicle was mine to drive home. Needles to say 2weeks and countless non returned phone calls I finally get a call saying that there was a problem and I had to return the vehicle. No one was friendly about any thing. They made me wait for over an hour just to get my keys back for my old car. I thought they Gave a 100% customer saticfaction. They must decide who to be nice to. They also should not allow 2 weeks to go by before asking for the vehicle back. It's cruel when you get to liking something that was way nicer then what you had. The belief I had that the vehicle was mine and no car payment due for another month well lets just say my finances are now all messed up cause of this situation of lack of communication and lack of customer care. More
