I got a call from Braxton says he’s the sales manager for Nissan asking me to come in to sell 2021 GMC Denali and that they would give me top dollar for my vehicle because they were in desperate need of used Nissan asking me to come in to sell 2021 GMC Denali and that they would give me top dollar for my vehicle because they were in desperate need of used Vehicle. I advised him that I did not want to sell my vehicle because I really loved my truck and that I still owed a lot because I just purchased it he said just come in. It’ll only take 20 minutes to give you an offer and I promise it you’ll be happy please let’s just schedule an appointment. I told him that I would have to speak with my husband, but I went ahead and scheduled an appointment for Saturday at 1 PM. He said just ask for me. I’ll be happy to, provide you with the best deal. He said he really didn’t wanna go because he knew that this was going to be a waste of his time and I told him that we could possibly get a better deal with lower interest rates because right now my interest rate was at 7% with an 800 credit. Braxton called me at 12:30 and asked me if I was going to be able to come in and I told him my husband didn’t want to go because he knew that this is going to be a waste of his time. When he did it even show his face I knew this was all a gimmick for us just to come in and waste our time, but I went ahead and looked around for a vehicle and I thought well if they’re going to give me My vehicle is then I can look around and if I can get a price that’s about what I’m currently paying for 2024. I tried the salesman that took us around was very nice. We picked a vehicle exact same that we have which was a 2024 GMC Denali everything was identical to the vehicle that we currently have they wanted to sell it for $82,000 and I said if you guys can give me what I want Being upside down then I would consider it He had me fill out a piece of paper with all my personal information, including my Social Security number my employer, my date of birth, my address, all the information necessary to start a deal after I did that he took a copy of my drivers license my husband‘s drivers license and then he went to the back and of course he comes back with a ridiculous Trade-in value for my vehicle, which I thought OK this is a waste of our time. I don’t understand why he would make us come in and do this so I expressed my thoughts to the salesman and he said OK. Well, let me go see what we can do for you. He comes back with a piece of paper showing us that he’s only gonna give us 39,000 we owe 61,000 and I told him that I knew that they would not give me what I wanted. He says I’m gonna go talk to Braxton and I’ll be right back. He comes back and he says oh Braxton said that Your vehicle was estimated. He didn’t realize that we owed more than what the vehicle was currently worth and because we weren’t giving a down payment that he can only set our payments at $2000 a month they wouldn’t offer me more for my vehicle. This is a complete waste of my time, false advertisement, and for you to contact me personally and offer me something that you knew that you could not Negotiate to what you promised, I will never ever purchase a vehicle from your dealership nor will I recommend your dealership to anyone I know and I will also let them know what a waste of time and lies told by Braxton the sales manager. I think that you need to stop the dealership from contacting potential customers or previous customers to offer them deals that you know that you cannot Keep! I am very, very, very disappointed! More
