Reliable Nissan was a great place to buy a car & I would definitely recommend them. I bought many new vehicles & this was one of the better experiences I can think of. First the dealership has a great selection of vehicles to choose from, next they are not a "car museum" looking to just put cars on display but a dealership that will work with you to get you an excellent overall deal & put you in a car. My wife & I just bought a new 2010 Nissan Versa on 9-14. Our salesman was Cory & the Manager on duty when we purchased was John. Both were very friendly & we were able to negotiate a deal in a reasonable time frame. The finance department at Reliable was also professional. We were told our options (extended service contract, gap insurance, etc.) & given the freedom to decide what we did & did not want/need. There were a few minor details we were not able to address on the night we purchased that the dealership took care of promptly within a few days. I even realized that the five-piece floor mat set was missing just yesterday morning (9-16) & drove to the dealership and talked with another manager (Scott) who checked into, acknowledged that my vehicle should have had these mats (listed on vehicle sticker) & went ahead & ordered them for me at no charge. You even get, at this time, 2 years of maintenance included with most new vehicle purchases! Cory has even called me a few times after the sale to follow up on our how we liked the car & to insure we were fully satisfied with our purchase. Reliable Nissan's Sales Department is definitely a cut-above most other dealerships & I am confident their Service, Parts & Body Shop should also be a pleasure to work with given the pleasant people I have met while at the dealer. Definitely give Reliable Nissan/Chevrolet a first look when you need a new or used vehicle, I know we will be back! More

We walked in looking for a New or Used Nissan Altima and we were greeted by Jared lightly and professionally. He talked to us about the Altima and what the difference between packages in full. We took the car for a spin and he was very polite. We talked numbers and we got a great deal and decided to go with the car. That all was exciting and overall pleasant. It was a great overall process and we were treated professionally. That all went down hill when Mr. Kevin Ortiz (Employee #6049). He was unprofessional, rude and very good at tricking the customer with his full sheet of writing that makes no sense. He speaks so fast and you can't understand a word that comes out of his mouth. Basically he does it so that you are not able to say no because you don't have a clue of what he is really talking about. It came down to adding the GAP protection to the purchase, and we were notified before we walked into financing by the sales manager that it would only cost us an extra 10-15 dollars on top for the monthly payment, which was simply fine with us. Well Mr. Ortiz took advantage of the situation and showed us a monthly payment with an extra $60 dollars. I told him no, that is not what we agreed on outside, he then told me "well this is the best I can do, $348 a month and I will throw the maintenance in it for free". Well we purchased the car and we just got done going over the paperwork. Here is what he did: 1- He added an extended warranty for $2000 2- He added a stupid Zaktek Warranty for $600 Not only that but none of this was properly explained to us. We were fooled and schooled. He had to the nerve to pick up the phone and talk to someone else while we were talking to him too! This is the definition of a scammer. Guess what Reliable, if you only knew that my Uncle was one of the top 10 Lawyers in New Mexico, you would think twice about scamming me. I am going to ask for a refund tomorrow. If nothing comes through, you bet your behinds court will be between us for years to come. I have nothing but time and money. Kevin Ortiz should be removed from his position and he will be within the report to the BBB. More
