They have had my car for over a month and still do not have estimated completion timeline. They have been very uncommunicative. I have had to call multiple time to get any update. I’ve been promised return calls with updates by certain dates and never received those. I end up calling a day or two past that. I have received several different stories about what’s going on and if it is or isn’t covered by warranty. Even the service manager told me he’d call me personally last Thursday with an update and get me a loner vehicle since there’s still no estimated completion date. He never called! I did get a call from Enterprise rental car that they received the reservation but they don’t have anything available until Sunday. It has been nothing but a headache and hassle trying to work with or get any clear information from the Reliable Service department. The only thing I’d say they are “reliable” on is poor customer service. More
