Most times we have to experience failure before we receive success. My knee jerk reaction is to point out the errors made by the dealership and rate their performance low. However my complaints didn't go unnoticed Michael lujan address the situation in a customer base friendly way. He was transparent saying that the service team made a mistake. and that he wanted to help me with smoothing over the matter of my dissatisfaction with a issue The general manager of the facility assured me that he would do all possible to help solve the issue honesty and transparency. I think this is the best way to resolve matters I think they went out of their way to make things good. I appreciate the service and the thoughtfulness More
