Brought car in after being recovered from being stolen. The service department sat on it for a month and never ordered any parts and kept giving my wife the run around about needing info from insurance, wh The service department sat on it for a month and never ordered any parts and kept giving my wife the run around about needing info from insurance, which we had, and we also gave them the check to start the work. The time our insurance gave us with the rental car ran out due to how long it was taking. We took the vehicle out and to a different dealership, they immediately started ordering parts and communicating with our insurance.
