Reidsville Nissan scammed me now you BEWARE and stay away I was scammed when I went to look at cars at Reidsville Nissan. My salesman, Dusty, changed the MSRP on the vehicle telling me that this car had more I was scammed when I went to look at cars at Reidsville Nissan. My salesman, Dusty, changed the MSRP on the vehicle telling me that this car had more options then the one I came to look at but that it was well worth the $3,000 more. I really liked the Sentra and decided to lease the upgrade at a price of $22,578.00. After a cost reduction and my trade-in allowance, the adjusted price was $2,000 more than the one I came to look at. When I arrived home and looked in the glove box, the price of the car was $19,495 and minus the advertised discount of $1,000 the car was now priced at $18,495. To my dismay, I WAS SCAMMED the MSRP was fraudilent. I then looked up dealer fraud on the internet and found out that it is deceptive and unlawful practices used by a dealer, at almost any stage of the purchase price--from advertising to negotiation of vehicle pricing and financing terms, bait and switch, deceptive inflation of vehicle prices and all information about the auto. If filing a complaint with the many agencies fails, you can do what I am about to do. Tape a small sign above the license plate which states "I was scammed now you BEWARE and stay away." More

Dealership offers rental loaners, gives away oil changes and detail services to people that buy a new car and even cooks out every Friday...for free. Love this dealership and will be back for all of my vehicle purchases. More

The car had no insurance for a week, it is a good thing I decided I would not drive this week. Now they try to charge New car prices for used. They have now lost my business. Also they would not show me the other cars I was considering. My husband bought the car even though I told him to go elsewhere, because they used to be a good fair place to buy a car. More

Drove 248 miles to buy there. Well worth it. Had a great experience. Sales manager Brad Lee was honest and fair from start to finish. Made initial contact with Reidsville Nissan seeking a new Nissan Frontier. Spoke to a female in sales that knew nothing about the Nissan Frontier line-up. I asked for someone that might be able to help. S Nissan Frontier. Spoke to a female in sales that knew nothing about the Nissan Frontier line-up. I asked for someone that might be able to help. Spoke to Duane Stepp who appeared to be friendly enough and was able to provide me with necessary insights in truck options. Promised to call back in 10 minutes with quote information. I wanted "off the lot" quotes since the MSRP pricing is stacked with additional costs. No problem until I didn't received a call back. Waited 4 hours and called Duane back who apologized and said he had been busy (with other customers????) and didn't get me information. He promised (again) to provide me with the requested quotes in the next 10 minutes. Did not received any communication at all. The next morning I tried again. Thinking this was just an isolated incident, I e-mailed the General Manager Steve Fowler asking that he have someone else contact me that morning since it did not appear that Duane was interested. By mid-afternoon I had not received any response at all (including any "out of office" notification) so I started looking elsewhere. That afternoon I completed necessary authorizations to purchase a Nissan Frontier from East Charlotte Nissan. Now I am an owner of a new Nissan in the Madison/Reidsville, NC area. You can bet that I will be sure to share this experience with everyone that I show off the truck to. It was amazing to experience a sales organization that shows such disregard for potential clients. I looked online to find a pathfinder under 10k. I called the dealership before hand to see if the car was still available and was told it was. I had wasted about an hour to drive there for nothing. The salesman told us to come look at what they had under 10k. He looked around for a second and said well i don't think there's anything. He told us we could get the car back, but would have to buy it that day, which I did not want to do. He was unapologetic and uninformed. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. More
We were trying to lower our car payment - the salesman who worked with us was inexperienced & actually fell asleep in the back seat of the car while we were test driving it!! We spent 6 hours at this dealership to walk away empty handed!!! We may have not had "good" credit scores but to have had to spend that many hours there where we felt like we were a burden & they didn't want to deal with us was quite unprofessional. Needless to say we will not be returning there ever & making sure everyone we know doesn't go there either. More
