I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Regal Lakeland. During the purchase process, I received great customer services from Shane. HOWEVER, after the purchase I had an issue with finance and was put off m During the purchase process, I received great customer services from Shane. HOWEVER, after the purchase I had an issue with finance and was put off multiples times by the finance manager. I emailed back and forth with the finance manager who unfortunately had many excuses why it took so long to get back to me. I do understand that daily duties get in the way, but this was unacceptable. It took emailing back and forth for three weeks to get an answer that was not satisfactory. I emailed his supervisor twice and NEVER even got a response! Too bad the great customer service was only to sell a vehicle, but was no where to be found after my purchase. Totally bummed to share this bad experience. More

The only complaint I have is that when we left Saturday night, we were told getting us traded into the car we chose with no cash down and within $20 of my payment wouldn’t be a problem. Even the finance gu night, we were told getting us traded into the car we chose with no cash down and within $20 of my payment wouldn’t be a problem. Even the finance guy said he couldn’t imagine it would be an issue.When I came back Monday, it was $650 down and a payment almost $200 more than my current payment. We were able to compromise and I am SO GLAD. I love my new car and would have been very sad if we couldn’t have made the numbers work.
