Very unorganized. Seemed more concerned w/ getting my $$ than making sure the deal was legit. Never paid off my old car to previous finance company as they took two additional payments from me. To this day I have not received the bill of sale, yet payments are coming up. I go to the dealer in person and wait 15-25 minutes only to have someone say there’s no one available. Does not respect my time. More
