Pls DO NOT take your vehicle to Regal Acura. ... I took my car to Regal Acura after replacing my battery and all light came on dash. They said it will take detailed diagnosis, i left my vehic ... I took my car to Regal Acura after replacing my battery and all light came on dash. They said it will take detailed diagnosis, i left my vehicle and next day they quoted more than $5000 estimate including $3700 parts. After my refusal they offered me to pay $1200 to change pcm and told me it might be fixed after that, i gave go ahead and than they called after sometime that it didnt work. I picked up the car and took it to another honda dealership, they charged me for one hour diagnose and updated that only a wire was disconnected no parts were needed to replace and fixed it immediately. I contacted agian to Regal Acura and informed about tech misdiagnosis, also talked to customer service manager Janni Rivera, also talked to service director and emailed all proof of documents received from other dealership mentioning that same error codes but they just did it after connecting wire instead of parts replacement but they still didnt respond nor refund my money over the incorrect charge. 😮💨 More
