Never saw Mr. Holly. Awaiting call from him for unresolved issues of financial person's not canceling gap insurance (thus causing $80 increase in monthly loan pay Holly. Friendly, clean environment, listened to what I wanted/needed. UPDATE: Mr. Holly followed up: unable to resolve crease in panel. The site and other areas needed were painted. Spoke also with financial person, my mistake...additional costs were for warranty, etc. Reconnected with salesperson. Thank you to all! More

Vehicle not ready for sale. 5 tires promised at time of sale had to come to 2 appts. due to wrong size ordered. Spare not full size it's a doubt spare.
