Essa, the salesperson was great. Financing department, unfortunately ruined the experience. We will not return. Bought the car on 12/13/23. Honda was supposed to pay off the loan on Financing department, unfortunately ruined the experience. We will not return. Bought the car on 12/13/23. Honda was supposed to pay off the loan on the traded-in car. On Dec 29, loan still not paid off. Finance department was called - and said they were sorry they would get the payment out overnight that day. On Jan 2, loan still not paid. Another call to finance. They stated payment was sent overnight. On Jan 4, still no payment. My husband called the dealership and it was not until that day that the loan payoff was wired to the bank. Tags for the car just arrived today - 1/6/24. As of today, loan payoff has not occurred. Too much babysitting of the dealership for the basics of buying a car. Beware if you choose to purchase a car here. More

I haven’t purchased a new vehicle in over 7 years and was absolutely dreading trying to buy a truck. Luckily my sales representative Jordan Adams and the crew from Regal automotive completely made me feel at absolutely dreading trying to buy a truck. Luckily my sales representative Jordan Adams and the crew from Regal automotive completely made me feel at ease with the whole vehicle buying experience. This was my first truck and I couldn’t be happier with my 2022 F-250 Turbo diesel. The truck was super clean, no accidents, and well detailed. Jordan made the buying experience very easy and Regal automotive was able to get the price down to a very agreeable amount. After driving the truck,, I did notice the front end needs an alignment. Jordan reached out to me a few days later and asked if everything was ok with the truck, I let him know about the alignment issue and he informed me the Regal automotive has a 90 day/3000 mile bumper to bumper limited warranty and I could just bring back the truck for service. Fantastic! Jordan and the entire Regal team are true professionals. More

He were willing to take the time to explore and explain all of our options concerning our purchase of a new vehicle and whether it was fiscally beneficial for us to trade our old vehicle in or keep it as a second car. The one thing that we didn’t really appreciate was the fact that the vehicle we purchased was presented to us by the salesman’s supervisor as having a tow package and a navigation system but neither one of those descriptions were true. We didn’t know if that was intentional or accidental It but it did kind of rub us the wrong way. Other than that it was a very positive experience. We would highly recommend our salesperson and Regal to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More
