Well, no one knew or remembered what was said the next day, I kept notes of what was said and the figures. Then we met the Financial person who had the wrong facts and numbers, he seemed to have a chip on day, I kept notes of what was said and the figures. Then we met the Financial person who had the wrong facts and numbers, he seemed to have a chip on his shoulder when I advised him he had the wrong numbers and I needed to talk with the manager or I was dropping the deal he advised me he did not care, when I spoke to Mr Holly about the numbers he stated he did reduce the fees $1774.00 and had not stated he would eliminate the fees like I was told by the salesmen David, went back to finance person and got that straight the next problem. The finance person was giving us $2000 on a trade-in when Mr. Holly had excepted a trade-in for $2500 which I had documented he then had to change that so it seems like nobody had advised the finance guy and to make this short the finance guy was upset that we didn't purchase extra long term insurance and told me “he did not want to make small talk with me” ' I have been a good customer of Regal Honda buying three new vehicles and get all my service work done at Regal Honda. I feel I was treated badly and disrespected by the financial person! More
