We are return customers to Regal, and I honestly won’t use another dealership besides them ever again. This go around, I was actually looking for a car for my dad, after his last car was totaled due to an use another dealership besides them ever again. This go around, I was actually looking for a car for my dad, after his last car was totaled due to an accident. With vehicle prices so high, it was hard to find exactly what he wanted where he lives locally, in the panhandle, that was affordable and checked all the criteria boxes. When we expanded our search, we found the perfect car with Regal, and were fortunate enough to have Nick Davis take our call. I cannot express in so many words how great he was. Nick was very professional, friendly, and helped us in every aspect. Our major concern was getting the vehicle to my parents (they’re older, traveling to Lakeland would have proven difficult for them). Nick reassured me from the start that everything would be easy, and he held to that promise; he had drivers that would deliver the vehicle with no problem at all. I could have cried.
