These people are liars they try to force me to sell my van by telling me it would cost 11,000.00 to fix my engine..Then after I refused. Requested estimate for headlight that is out. Received email for several items including headlight and didn’t realize it. Sent a text back asking if that was the headlight repair? I never spoke with the service advisor after the the initial greeting. No one came over to explain what was needed for all those repairs while I was sitting at the dealership. I only had the cashier walk up and tell me I was ready. A complete lack of customer service. Then Saturday I noticed a puddle of oil in my driveway. I had to stop what I was doing on a Saturday and go back to the dealership and waste another 2 hours to get pet that issue corrected from putting an acre in to tight causing the oil leak. This issue caused me to loose time in my day, I now have oil spots in my driveway and I had to cancel my woke for Saturday afternoon because I couldn’t drive to Tampa leaking oil like that. This is out of the ordinary for this location. Customer service is always great up to this experience. More
