I was left hanging for 3 hours with no updates on the status of the vehicle service. I was in the dealership waiting, and wasn't until I messaged them to ask what was taking so long that the vehicle was status of the vehicle service. I wasn't given a straight answer when I asked how long it was ready for, and likely had my time wasted for who knows how long. More

Service rider never came out to tell me my car was ready had to find out for myself. I asked another service rider to check me out. We looked for the service rider could not find her, even though the final had to find out for myself. I asked another service rider to check me out.
