I am so frustrated and disappointed this is taking a toll on me missing work and constantly tuning to Kia. Is unacceptable same is sue 2 months later so much money and the repair people I feel like are just guessing if I let you know what it’s doing Kia should be able to fix it this has been so awful and stressful I can not even explain I am so disappointed with the repair team More

Jeremy is the main reason I let Regal Kia provide repairs and maintenance on my Sedona. He has shown that he is very knowledgeable and provides sound advice on what needs to be done. While I realized Ii called after 12pm on a Friday, I knew we would need to make an appointment which is fine. However, I just needed answers for my issue with my 2012 Sedona minivan that could have easily be we would need to make an appointment which is fine. I understood the gal on the phone could not help since she just schedules appointments so she transferred me....not a problem except she sent me to talk with Honda service...nope! The gentleman there(also nice) transferred me back to kia service but I got the sales department. Ok now i get put back to Kia service and I speak to a different woman who was not as friendly. She seemed annoyed by my question and did not want to attempt to speak to a mechanic who could give me a yes or no answer. I finally got fed up and just said never mind I"ll handle it myself. I will continue to go to the Brandon Kia even though we live in Lakeland. Just ridiculous! (I might add that last year we were thinking of buying another vehice and spent a good 30 minutes walking around the lot and not ONE sales rep acknowledged my husband and I) More
