Every time I go, they have me sign off for services and show that vehicle cleaning is included in the services that I purchase.. but every single time my vehicle comes back in the same condition, never wip show that vehicle cleaning is included in the services that I purchase.. but every single time my vehicle comes back in the same condition, never wiped down or washed. I brought my car in to get evaluated (again) for a possible AC leak. During my 4th visit for the same thing that was never fixed I had my wallet stolen from someone that worked there. I mistakenly lef possible AC leak. During my 4th visit for the same thing that was never fixed I had my wallet stolen from someone that worked there. I mistakenly left it in the car and when I got home I realized it was gone. I called the Kia store and stated that my wallet was stolen but, of course no one will fess up to it. My wife and I wrote to the GM and the Owner asking if they can view the cameras with hope that they can see something but got no reply from them. My wife and I called the GM and the owner numerous times, as well as emailing them with no feedback at all! I put a freeze on all credit bureau's and canceled whatever credit cards I had in there. So yeah, they're thieves working there and Kia (GM and Owner) apparently have no issue with that!!! All I wanted after my wallet was stolen was a reply back from one of them at least apologizing for what happened and that they would look at their camera's and do what an upstanding company would do. More
