I’ve had multiple occasions where there’s miscommunications. And it doesn’t feel trust worthy, I had paid for a gold plan offered when I purchase the vehicle. I was able to get service for my vehicle as a walk in. Good news, but IMHO, they over acted on solving the problem that I brought the car in for the first place.
