Jeremy is absolutely great. Deserves a 10+. Regal had me come in 3 times for a recall. Jeremy apologized but Regal did not. I suppose an apology from Jeremy was enough, but I Deserves a 10+. In fact, I would have the service manager walk around, be visible, and talk to folks waiting for their vehicles. PR is very important in my opinion. There was a woman that walked around and asked about snacks, etc. I didn't get her name, Seemed very personal. She brought me the basket of snacks to choose from. More
