I waited hours with no communication about my car. Until I went to the front to ask just to find out my car had not been taken care of. They were waiting for a warranty approval that had not been done Until I went to the front to ask just to find out my car had not been taken care of. Never actually call when the parts come in like they say they will. Don’t listen to customers. We told them that we had an idea of what was wrong with my car and instead of listening to us they ordered a pa they will. Don’t listen to customers. So now they have ordered another part that I would almost bet still won’t fix my car! I don’t have the time to continually drop my car off. We have 5 kids so it’s not like I can have them take me anywhere. Not do I have an extra vehicle that will fit all of my children safely. This place is a joke More
