The service department is so disorganized. After spending 3 hrs in service all that was done was an oil change and tire rotation. The recalls due weren’t even done. Neither time i have brought my car in for services have i been there less then 3hrs. I told the sales team it would have been faster to buy a new car. I have sent three people to buy a telluride and they are just as dissatisfied with the service department. I will not buy from Regal again because of this. More
Went to get recall for anti theft and trunk latch and also warranty extension for fuel pump when I called about warranty extension they lady took my name and vin number and said it would be free for ther also warranty extension for fuel pump when I called about warranty extension they lady took my name and vin number and said it would be free for there and they said 129 for diagnostic so I didn't know about the 129 so I'm going back Thursday the reason I knew about the warranty extension is because the mechanic I know told me that was the code that showed when I went for him to fix it and told me I could get it fix thru dealership also they had to order trunk latch no one told me when it would be in hoping before Thursday I never had a problem with my trunk but the first time I opened it after your visit it won't close so I had to Bungie cord it to keep it close More
