Service Manager seemed to have ignored e-mail detailing issues until morning of appointment and never answered additional questions. Tech did a good job diagnosing problem. Dealership didn’t have the part, so I had to make another appointment to make the hour drive. Dealership didn’t call when the part came in. I had to call and verify part was in. Waited 3 hours for the part to be installed and calibrated for a warranty issue. More
Absolutely terrible management and communication. If you need to get something repaired on your vehicle, I would highly advise going to any other Kia dealership so your car doesn’t sit there for week If you need to get something repaired on your vehicle, I would highly advise going to any other Kia dealership so your car doesn’t sit there for weeks at a time with no answers and getting overcharged for something that was supposed to be covered under warranty. I was told on three separate occasions that my car was fixed and each time I went to pick it up, it was still broken. They put a faulty piece on my door and somehow didn’t realize it until I got there to pick it up and the door would not open. Then I had to pay out of pocket for a rental while they “investigated” the broken piece that they put on. $3,000 later and my car is MORE broken than when I originally dropped it off and not even an apology from management or reimbursement for the $75 transfer fee from the rental company that i was never notified of. Misty was very nice, everything else was an absolute nightmare. More
