While I realized Ii called after 12pm on a Friday, I knew we would need to make an appointment which is fine. I understood the gal on the phone could not help since she just schedules appointments so she transferred me....not a problem except she sent me to talk with Honda service...nope! The gentleman there(also nice) transferred me back to kia service but I got the sales department. Ok now i get put back to Kia service and I speak to a different woman who was not as friendly. She seemed annoyed by my question and did not want to attempt to speak to a mechanic who could give me a yes or no answer. I finally got fed up and just said never mind I"ll handle it myself. I will continue to go to the Brandon Kia even though we live in Lakeland. Just ridiculous! (I might add that last year we were thinking of buying another vehice and spent a good 30 minutes walking around the lot and not ONE sales rep acknowledged my husband and I) More
My daughter brought her new Kia Sportage there because of a USB CarPlay problem she had video of the problem but they said Kia would not cover it unless they could duplicate the problem while the car is ther a USB CarPlay problem she had video of the problem but they said Kia would not cover it unless they could duplicate the problem while the car is there. I see that totally unacceptable. I personally have had no problem there with service but to treat a member of my family that way after I recommend them is just wrong. More
