Appointment at 3 pm for oil change I asked they check awd system it’s making grinding noise My advisor cinder left and I never heard from person taking over. By 545 pm no car in sight. I inquired whe awd system it’s making grinding noise My advisor cinder left and I never heard from person taking over. By 545 pm no car in sight. I inquired where is it. They couldn’t find it. Turns out the only thing done at all was oil service it took 3 hours .The awd was not looked at nor was car washed . I’m really dissatisfied with the poor service and length of time to get through there. I’ve bought 3 vehicles from regal Kia since 21 and it’s always been same Slow. I’m thinking about trading in next year and I’m not sure it’s going to be regal this time I’m tired of the chaos and endless wait time for service. Not only that but then not to even address my concern about the awd nor clean car it’s become a joke . My buddy was also in with his car and sent off no car wash More
