Greg was absolutely amazing! Patient, flexible, dedicated and professional. When above and beyond his call of duty to make sure we were well looked after. Mr. West did a wonderful job of escorting me around the large dealership. He was able to find me a vehicle that fit into my budget with the specs that I requested. My husbands car broke down and we went to Regal because my brother had recently bought a new suv there ad loved it. I was very impressed with my whole experience with Greg. From the start of the sale to the closing Greg did a great job of laying out my option and never made me feel presured to make a quick choice. Gregg was great at responding to my internet quote request for a new vehicle. I had received a lower price quote from another dealership, but when we went at Regal Kia, he went to his management and m request for a new vehicle.
