My experience with Regal Kia and my salesperson, Scott Smith, was very positive. I had already visited another Kia dealer in another state so I knew something about the Kia Soul but Scott showed me all t Smith, was very positive. The salesman at the other dealership was not thorough and did not even mention many of the features. I came into the Regal used car lot to check out used Sportages and they had 1. Of course it wasn't a color that I was into so I talked to Jason and he ended up getting me a great deal on a 2012 Sportag Sportages and they had 1. We didn't find anything that met our wants on the first visit, so I came back a second time about a week later. I asked specifically for Gerry since he had been so great the first time we met him. He remembered who I was and what I was looking for. He happened to have an Optima that had just come in that was exactly what we wanted. I told him the amount I could pay, and he worked hard to make sure I got it. I highly recommend this salesman and this dealership, and I will by another car from him again. More
