In the end we got the model we wanted at the price we wanted. One of my best car buying experiences. Never once did I feel that they were hiding something or trying to up sell. They seemed sincerely interested in getting me what I wanted. Also what ever they told me over the phone to get me in, was what I received at the showroom. A great experience, I would do it again. Around December 12th I went on line in search of a Chevrolet Impala. I heard from several dealerships, including Regal Chevrolet in South Lakeland. I was contacted by Meagan Sikking who was "AWESOME" Chevrolet Impala. I heard from several dealerships, including Regal Chevrolet in South Lakeland. I was contacted by Meagan Sikking who was "AWESOME". I told her we needed a different vehicle because my husband was having trouble getting in and out of the car we had because of health issues. I was very impressed with Meagan's understanding of my situation. It was several day's before we were able to get to the dealership to look at the vehicle that we thought we wanted. On Saturday the 14th we were able to go in and look at the car. Unfortunately, that did not pan out because that vehicle also was hard for my husband to get in and out of. We started to leave the lot with the request that should she get something else in to please call me because I knew I wanted to deal with her. As I was backing out to leave a young man named Eric motioned for us to wait. He said there was another vehicle that had a few more miles but it had power seat's that might work for my husband. We test drove this vehicle and it was just what we needed so we left Regal South in Lakeland driving the Impala. The thing that touched me the most was that Meagan had us stay in our vehicle and she drove both car's that we looked at around to us because she did not want my husband to have to walk any further than necessary. Between Eric and Meagan I left that dealership feeling great about our experience. Both the business experience and also the personal experience where they took very good care of us. I had some questions about the vehicle that came up over the weekend and on Monday morning I went back to the dealership and Meagan met with me and answered all of the questions that she knew and then took me to other people who showed me how to use some of the equipment that I was not familiar with. They were all great!! Kudo's to the entire staff that I dealt with. There was Meagan, Eric, Nick, Dee and Greg. The owner of this company must be very proud of his empoyee's as everyone I met was nicer and easier to deal with than any car buying experience I have ever had. If you have not visited Regal Chevrolet in South Lakeland and you are looking for a new or good used vehicle, you owe it to yourself to do so before you purchase a vehicle at any other dealership! I think you will be glad that you did. More

I was blessed with Regal's finest angels if they don't know. My experience was heavenly. I went in with bad credit, no hope of leaving with a car after a little while of talking to Eric and telling him about my situation they found the best vehicle and a good price for me. Heather was courteous and responsive to all questions over the phone/internet. Pete was very friendly and did not pressure us into purchasing a vehicle on the day of the visit. Even when a flaw was found on the vehicle being considered, Pete's manager inspected the car and was going to fix the flaw at no additional cost. Ultimately, we did not purchase a car that day, but the staff wrote down my criteria and will continue looking on my behalf. More

She then introduced me to a sales person. Since that day of inception, I have seen her three times and while talking with her and waiting for my vehicle to be serviced she stopped what she was doing and took time to listen to some of my concerns. She left to talk with management , when she returned she said every thing would be taken care of. It seems when ever I visit the dealership, she is there. She is very pleasant to talk to. She would stop what she was doing and listen to any of my concerns, She is an asset to your company and you should have others like her because she would stop what she was doing and, listen to your concerns. I say that she goes beyond to make you feel comfortable and part of the Kia family. Others in your parts and service department are also very helpful and explain every thing that is being done and how doing the work correct it. My hat off to them, All I can say is, keep up the good work and you have one heck of a gang. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND IF I GET A NEW VEHICLE AGAIN , IT WILL BE FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP.
