Gregg was great at responding to my internet quote request for a new vehicle. I had received a lower price quote from another dealership, but when we went at Regal Kia, he went to his management and m request for a new vehicle. She arranged for me to meet with Greg on Friday - he was great, very friendly and helpful. As a trade was involved i needed to bring my car in - I took my car in for appraisal on Monday. Greg was not in - but immediately I was welcomed by Jennifer Dennis. She was very friendly and very welcoming. She took great interest in my purchases, understood my budget and tried to fulfill all my preferences with regards to the features of the vehicle. She was straight forward, and honest.
