I feel he cares enough goes out of his way to acknowledge me whenever I come for service. Furthermore, I do ALL of the service at Regal because Angel, Glenn and Jeff are polite, address my concerns, and stay on top of my car/time needs. That on top of the value I get for my dollar. He gave me his cell number and is always available when I have questions. Last week a light came on that indicated low tire pressure. I called Sam and he told me to bring it in to the Service Dept. I did and was helped right away by Jeff. He checked the tires and they were low. They corrected the problem and within a short time I was through. While there I chatted with Sam and Jeff brought me my keys to Sam's office. He shook my hand and explained everything. Another salesman came into the office and introduced himself. Before I located Sam when I arrived yet another salesman asked if he could help and answered a couple of my questions. My experience has been wonderful to date and I am sure will continue to be in the future! More

He wasn't available right away, but we were acknowledged by other employees, and they saw that we were attended to until Greg was able to talk to us. Greg worked on finding vehicle that would meet our needs. We were treated good, and time was taken to see that we felt comfortable with what we were presented.
