Buying/Leasing a Kia Soul The Sales person was very helpful. However, he should be empowered to make decisions/negotiations without going back and forth to management. An appointed date was set for me to pick up the car as I would be out of town. I requested that all paperwork and the car be ready at that appointed date, but I still had to wait over 2 hours. Additionally, because of the delay and a problem with loading software on my I-phone, I had to set another appointment to return to complete/finish instructions on the operations of the car (GPS, Bluetooth, Radio, etc.).
