Regal Kia Lakeland

I was looking for a new car and my Grandson mentioned that he loved the KIA Optima so I checked them out and fell in love with everything about them. I contacted another dealer first and they responded f that he loved the KIA Optima so I checked them out and fell in love with everything about them. I contacted another dealer first and they responded four days late.. by then I had contacted Regal Kia of Lakeland via internet. Heather answered me right away and then Greg Schmidt. Heather made me feel so comfortable and Greg contacted me for an appointment. When I showed up for the appointment the next day, Greg greeted me and made me feel very comfortable about choosing the car that I wanted and not one that I was pushed into buying. He gave me plenty of time to look everything over and when I found the exact one I wanted (which had some upgrades)... we worked out a price with no pressure!! I have never felt so comfortable buying a car! He went over all the features and was excited as I was!! I am so Happy with my New 2013 Kia Optima!! The experience (thanks to my salesman Greg Schmidt) was the best experience buying a car that I ever had!! If anyone out there is looking for a new or used car... go and see him. I am a Costco member and submitted an inquiry online. I was contacted by Stevie Arant from the internet dept within 12 hours and she was happy to answer any questions and set up an appt. I made an appt for later on in the week and was contacted by salesperson, Rita Rank the next day to see if I had further questions and to see which color vehicle I was interested in so she could have it ready to view when I arrived. The test drive was much longer than previous ones I had taken, and Rita answered any and all questions we came up with. She explained the special features of the vehicle and thanked us for coming out of our way(we live 70 miles away) to test drive the 2013 RDX with her. After some number crunching, my husband put a final value down which was accepted. Al, the sales mgr noticed that the business office was backing up due to other people purchasing vehicles as well so he pitched in and ran our paperwork to expedite the sale and get us on our way. One of the internet specialists(whom I never had any contact with) came over to thank us for taking the time to come into their dealership and wished us a happy holiday. Everyone we passed in the buildings, out on the lot, in the customer service trailer, greeted us with a smile and hello. Our new vehicle was shagged, gassed up and parked next to our other vehicle. Rita gave us a quick tutorial of all the features and told us where to find more information, as well as offering assistance at any time via phone. She thanked us for coming in and for our purchase. Al also made us feel well taken care of and thanked us for our purchase as well. He encouraged us to call with any questions that might arise in the future. I chose this dealership today as it was recommended by Costco auto program. I will purchase cars from them, and recommend others to do so as well, in the future as they are welcoming and truly appreciate your business. My experience with Regal Kia and my salesperson, Scott Smith, was very positive. I had already visited another Kia dealer in another state so I knew something about the Kia Soul but Scott showed me all t Smith, was very positive. The salesman at the other dealership was not thorough and did not even mention many of the features. Scott was very helpful throughout the entire purchasing process and has been in touch several times since to make sure all was going well, even though I'm presently living in another state. (I live part of the year in Lakeland and part of the year in another state.) I will certainly recommend Regal Kia and, in particular, Scott Smith, in the future. More
