I was in search of a specific Kia Sorento. I had dealt with three different dealerships who told untruths, made broken promises and tried to sell me what they had on the lot...not what I wanted. I went on with three different dealerships who told untruths, made broken promises and tried to sell me what they had on the lot...not what I wanted. I went online and filled out Kia's internet search for the vehicle and Meagan, the Internet Manager contacted me. I told her what I had been through for 5 days with the other guys and she said, "let me see what I can do". At 5:05pm that afternoon she called and said my car would be on their lot the next day. I made her PROMISE she was telling me the truth, as we live an hour from the dealership and had been down this road before with the other guys. She said I will call you when the driver leaves to go get the car and I will email you a picture when the car arrives on our lot! She did just that!! Talk about going the extra mile to make me comfortable. When we arrived Friday afternoon, Meagan and Buddy, the car salesman, met my husband and I. Our horrible car buying experience turned into a most pleasurable experience after meeting these two. The paperwork went smooth, the price was what we agreed on, our car was clean and full of gas and every option on the car was explained to us in detail by Buddy.
